Taylor has been involved fitness all his life. Playing football from the age 5 years old , also competing in many athletic events 100m , 200m sprints and being in a 100m relay team.

Taylor looks at the whole picture when it comes to health and fitness. I look at all the aspects that come into play, when someone tells me their goals with the knowledge I’ve gained I will be able to structure workouts to maximize and to ensure results.

  • Taylor is a fantastic PT. He tailors every session to my fitness and strength ability (also taking into account various footy injuries!) and makes sure that everything is enjoyable and beneficial.
