• Since training with Sarah I have become stronger, fitter and more aware of what my body is capable of.
    I have had various health/injury issues and Sarah has spent hours of her own time researching them for me, advising me of many alternative exercises and solutions. Over the last couple of years, Sarah has managed to make almost every work out completely different and new, which makes it easier to work out and I am working out my brain as well as my body. Not that it is easy – each workout is harder and more challenging than the last!
    Sarah believes in a holistic approach – our PT sessions are not just about that half hour – she also addresses your lifestyle as a whole and has also provided me with many recipes and helpful hints along the way.

  • I first started training with Sarah in 2007. Her commitment to her clients and helping us reach our goals is like nothing I have experienced with a personal trainer before. She keeps training interesting with lots of variety – I don’t think I’ve ever done the same session twice – and her enthusiasm and the praise she gives for achieving a better time or bigger weight, motivates me to work harder and lift heavier! Sarah’s email updates with tips on training, mobility and healthy eating are always a great read and her knowledge with regard to the human body and muscle groups is just as good, if not better than sports practitioners I have visited over the years.   • I have been a client and friend of Sarah for about 3 years. I came to
    Genesis with a history of back and shoulder problems. I was not at all
    enthusiastic about joining a gym as previous experience was against this
    being successful. Sarah's bright personality and dedication to improving my
    health and fitness soon converted me. Sarah is acutely aware of my
    weaknesses and she is able to tailor a program to work around these and has
    helped me enormously. Sarah has also assisted me in my endeavours to drop
    some excess weight that I have been carrying for many years. Being slimmer
    and fitter has reduced the incidence of my injuries flaring up, and when
    they do, the severity is greatly reduced.

    My husband and I have never successfully joined a gym longer than one or two weeks.
    We decided to give it one more go. Lucky for us Sarah was recommended to be our personal trainer.
    It has not been an easy road for Sarah as we were difficult clients wanting to do many things she barred us from doing 'until we were ready'.
    She has been just awesome - we have stuck with her training regime, which has been varied, interesting and continually challenging on all fronts. It has kept us going back to the gym 3-4 times per week and enjoying it each time.
    Our body form and fitness levels are great and we are so proud of our personal achievements.
