About me

Sasha Darnell was born in Wahroonga NSW, and was raised in Margaret River, WA. Sasha has been involved in gyms since she was 17 years of age and became a qualified Personal Trainer in 2013.

Sasha's aim in life is to help others achieve their fitness and health dreams. Whether it be so that you can feel more confident and sexy, put on muscle, to be able to run a marathon, to fit in a new pair of bathers for summer or for health reasons, Sasha can work with you to achieve YOUR dreams.

Not only will Sasha act as your dedicated Personal Trainer during sessions, she likes to offer her services as a mentor also. She will be there for you outside of sessions, whether it be for nutrition advice, measurements, re-setting goals, motivational help, fitness testing and even just to talk to.

Sasha believes these extra benefits are what helps her clients achieve their goals to the fullest, as they have her support in all areas, throughout their entire journey.

Following on from last weeks article 'Physical Activity And Cancer Prevention' we now look at a second article from Cancer Council Australia on how we can all live a 'Cancer Smart Lifestyle' by quitting smoking:

Quitting smoking is one of the most important things you can do to reduce your risk of cancer. Tobacco smoke contains more than 4000 chemicals, including over 60 carcinogens or chemicals known to cause cancer. When you inhale cigarette smoke these chemicals enter your lungs and spread through your body.

There are immediate health benefits as soon as you put out your last cigarette, even if you already suffer health problems.
