Scrambled eggs with a difference

Eggs are a great meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner and here is one of my favorite recipes, give it a go.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of cream or milk
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of feta
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves (washed)

Process

  1. Put a knob of butter in a warm to hot pan, melt butter
  2. Add your mix of eggs and cream
  3. When the eggs are half cooked add the spinach
  4. When the spinach is half wilted add the crumbled Feta
  5. Serve on toast
