• Paul's training sessions are challenging - never routine or boring. He is able to modify or change exercises mid session to better suit the needs of his clients. For those of us who are newbies to PT - Paul demonstrates each exercise prior to you completing it and lets you know what muscles/body parts you are focussing on whilst performing the exercise. He is also very particular on ensuring you are using the correct technique for each exercise. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone considering getting a personal trainer!
