Most of us have been affected directly by cancer, or know someone who is going through or has gone through it. While sometimes it cannot be avoided there are some precautions we can take to try and live a 'Cancer Smart Lifestyle', according to Cancer Council Australia.

Over the coming weeks we introduce you to some research, information and tips to minimise the risks. This week, we focus on physical activity.

I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry and would love to use my experience to help you achieve your goals. Whether you need to lose weight for a wedding or want to train for a fun run, i can help you get there. Boxing, circuit and interval training are my favourite methods for sessions. Train one on one, or bring along a friend for a small group session. Give me a call for more information. Sessions are held at Genesis Lonsdale St or in the Edithvale area.
