• In 2007, I had just turned 40 and was highly unfit. I joined the gym and met Lisa when doing a boxing class. I was offered a complimentary pt session and started training once a week. Lisa is motivated, dedicated and in every session pushes me to my absolute limit. I started training twice a week and was getting results which made me hungry for more. Does this sound familiar: I used to get into the gym all the time but I've just got so much on at the moment, I can't find the time. Or, I want to lose weight but I don't know where to start?

These are two things I hear on a daily basis. People start a heath and fitness program with high hopes and great intentions. Three months later they have given up, because they are not getting the results they were after. The unfortunate thing is nine times out of ten this is not due to a lack of motivation or effort, but a lack of planning and encouragement.

I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry and would love to use my experience to help you achieve your goals. Whether you need to lose weight for a wedding or want to train for a fun run, i can help you get there. Boxing, circuit and interval training are my favourite methods for sessions.
