My name is Luke Hart and I am a Personal Trainer at Genesis Fitness in Lawnton. I'm 27 years old and was previously a Carpenter, until I decided that I wanted to make more of a difference to peoples lives, on a physical and emotional level. I followed my dream, made sacrifices to make it happen, and haven't looked back. One thing I have learnt in life is that nothing is easy and if you want something, you have to work for it. As your Personal Trainer, I will provide you with the highest level of service and support to get you on the road to success. I will make your experience challenging yet rewarding, in a positive and fun environment. I will be with you every step of the way throughout your journey. When Pippa Middleton credited her fabulous shape to regular Pilates sessions I was hardly surprised. I've believed for many years that Pilates ‘cheats’ you to a dancers body: it literally makes you look like you do much more exercise than you actually do, and often in very little time.  In the hustle-bustle of modern life, an exercise regime that transforms you so powerfully is difficult to refute. Not to mention, that while P-Middy was sculpting her body to it’s most notorious, she was also likely to have been improving posture, gaining flexibility, reversing the aging process that creeps into joints, treating back pain and relieving stress. Where other forms of exercise may masculinise the body, many women note that Pilates enhances their shape, as exemplified by Pippa’s Royal Wedding debut.
