Cooking Quinoa and great ways to eat it

Quinoa is an ancient grain of South American origin and has been consumed by humans for about 4000 years. It is pronounced “kinwa” and is a great source of nutrients. It is high in protein and has a good balance of amino acids. It is also high in dietary fibre, phosphorous, magnesium and iron.

If you think that is good enough, it gets better. Quinoa is easy to digest and gluten free!
