Before doing another set of bicep-curls consider emerging research suggesting you may be neglecting muscles that matter most to the opposite sex. The Pelvic Floor, a group of hammock-like muscles stretching from pubis to tail bone that support the pelvic organs are essential to male potency and reproductive performance. Many men are surprised when they find out they have a pelvic floor; so synonymous is this muscle group with women's health. I once had a heated discussion with a friend (and notable professional athlete) who believed that men did not have a perineum. He was devastated to discover, via the help of Wikipedia, that he had been harbouring one all his life. Surely, his regular strolls into the icy waters of Port Phillip Bay during post-match recovery sessions were anecdotal evidence?
