Jes is very passionate about health and fitness, having competed in numerous team sports in his youth, as well as specialised pursuits such as rock climbing, kayaking and parkour. His background in martial arts and experience in teaching and coaching people of all ages has given him the knowledge to structure individualised programs to suit all abilities. His openness and belief that nothing is impossible, coupled with this friendly and enthusiastic demeanour always makes his training sessions interesting and challenging.

Jes possesses an outgoing and spontaneous personality, and his energy and upbeat attitude is infectious. He is driven and very committed to helping his clients achieve their goals in a positive, fun and encouraging way, and being part of the journey towards achieving their goals.
