What sort of intelligence do you have?

Jacqui Louder

All through school most of us have been taught and told that if you are good at Maths, English or Science you are intelligent, and the subjects that require more artistic talent are not given the same labels, but rather deemed hobbies and suited to those less intelligent. Even our Year 12 systems mark up the maths and sciences, and in their wisdom mark down the more creative subjects. What’s interesting about this is how we allow those systems to manipulate our opinions of ourselves and we carry on those labels even after leaving school. There are those of us that also allow those old school labels to affect the way we treat people and potentially cut ourselves off from those that may be very important to us in the future.


About me

Julia is highly passionate about helping people heal & shape their bodies through smart training, appropriate diet, and mindset shift to reveal the desired figure and confidence.

With over 2.5 years experience as a personal trainer, 6 years experience in the gym and researching nutrition and gut health (as well as currently studying a health degree in Naturopathy), she is the go to person for improving you wellbeing, boosting confidence and changing your bodyshape through a holistic approach.

With a strong emphasis on mindset and reducing inflammation, her approach will leave you confident, energised, lean and healthy.
