About me

I started training just under 3 years ago. I originally started to help me stay competitive with football. But after a couple of months I realised I had more of a passion for the gym.

I studying my Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness at the AIF in Bendigo during 2015 and shorty after I moved down to Melbourne.

I started at Genesis in August and have absolutely loved meeting clients and helping them not only achieve their weight/body goals but helping them make positive life style changes to give them a better outlook on life.

"I don't have time to be 'present', I have important problems to think about." Sound familiar? Living in the present is such a simple concept, so why is it so hard to achieve? At the base of all philosophical teachings is "being in the now". As the old saying goes, "Be in the now and you'll know how."

Why is this moment so elusive to many of us? Why do we spend the majority of our life locked up in repetitive thinking patterns, churning over past and future thoughts, when we could be sitting peacefully in the moment we are in?
