About me

Hey there, I'm Ben and a Personal Trainer at Genesis Caulfield Fitness.
I am qualified in my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness training and specialise in Sports Nutrition.
Strength training has always been an important part of my life. From an early age I began strength training to help improve other sports I took part in, from day one I was hooked on training and learning as much as I could. It’s more than just exercise it’s about having a connection with the challenge and being motivated by the improvement.
Working in fitness is like a dream to me and I look forward to helping you achieve yours!
