As the saying goes, 'there is no point being the richest man in the graveyard'. It is now estimated that over 90% of the health challenges people experience daily, could be prevented or reversed by a change in lifestyle.

Brad Hargense has been a qualified Fitness Professional for 16 years. Brad has broad background and extensive experience in the fitness industry. Brad started his fitness career as a Physical Training Leader in the Australian Defence Force (Army) in 1998. After 7 years of service with the Australian Army Brad completed a Diploma of Recreation (Fitness) and began his own PT Business. Brad has worked in both Government and Private Sector as a Group Exercise Instructor, Aqua Instructor, Personal Trainer and Gym Manager. Brad holds certification in Exercise Rehabilitation, Advanced Swissball, Medicine Ball Exercises, Thump Boxing, Functional Training and Advanced Core Conditioning. Brad is also a Wellness and Fitness Coach Level 1 and 1st Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
