Her free style classes, abs butts and thighs classes were awesome even her body attack classes all her classes always taught with high energy/enthusiasm and fun with options for every one. highly recommend her to be your trainer. About me

I have always struggled with my weight. I was the “Fat Kid” at school and I yo-yoed up and down in my late teens and into my 20’s.
At 29 years old I was 25 kilos overweight, and not in a good place mentally or physically. I decided it was time to put me first and so I summoned the courage to join a gym (with a fabulous crèche) I fell in love with Group Fitness and Group Training. I lost weight, but more importantly – I found Wellness!
I KNOW what it takes to lose weight and keep it off – it’s not easy and there are set backs along the way – BUT I CAN HELP YOU WITH YOUR GOALS. If you are feeling low or depressed – exercise can and WILL help – I know because it helped me. I LOVE MY JOB!!
I specialise in training small groups of ladies – where we work hard whilst having fun. Training in a small group is affordable and gets results.
