    Cath lost 6.4kg and 5% body fat in 8 weeks!


  • I have been training with Adam for the past 4 months. It originally started as part of an 8 week challenge that the Gym were having. During those 8 weeks I was doing 2 PT Sessions a week with Adam plus classes in which he was the trainer. In all of the sessions Adam pushed me to my absolute max which I loved. Every session was different but he knew what my goals were and planned every session around that so not a minute was wasted. I am a very motivated and competitive person and loved the challenge of every session and on occasions Adam joined me which pushed me even more. Adam knows what I am capable of and never let me do anything less than that.

    During the 8 week challenge I lost 6.2kg (10.11% of weight) which in my eyes was a pretty good achievement. I have to thank Adam a lot for that his constant motivation and specific training helped immensely.

    After the challenge finished I was fortunate enough to keep up one PT session a week which helped with the maintenance after the challenge.

    I can ask Adam anything about any aspect of the gym or training or nutrition his knowledge and input is invaluable.

About me

From a very young age I enjoyed being active. I played sport as soon as I was old enough to join a team. I've played a range of team sports and currently play AFL, I enjoy snowboarding and also do Crossfit.

The gym environment was not only a place to get stronger, faster and fitter, I also found it to be a great place to relieve stress and zone out. There was nothing better than leaving a session feeling good and having a clear mind.

Over the years I have honed my skills as a Personal Trainer to maximise weight loss using resistance training. My methods suit all levels and will have you leaving the gym feeling fantastic.

Keys to training consistency

Training consistently throughout a rough patch is extremely important. You may change your training volume or frequency or even your routine but it is important to continue to do something on a regular basis, because stopping when you hit a rough patch makes going back very, very hard and in some cases you might end up stopping for good. This is particularly noticeable in my sport (kettlebell sport) where people in the West seem to last a couple of years and then just disappear.
